About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a major logistics operation. This is a key role within the operation, acting as the link between customers, warehouse teams, and transport, ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage customer enquiries, coordinate operational activity, and ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with operational teams to ensure inbound and outbound activities align with warehouse and transport plans Ensure all allocated stock is accurate and matches customer orders Provide updates to management on operational progress (intake, allocation, picking, dispatch) Ensure all documentation is completed, tracked, and returned within client requirements Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Support general administrative duties across the operation Work towards and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Use warehouse systems such as WMS and SAP Support other team members and provide cover where required Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse operationRequirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within a logistics/warehouse environment preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work a rotating day and night shift pattern (4 on 4 off) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Experience with WMS/SAP systems is advantageous Flexible, reliable, and a strong team playerWhat We Offer:
