Responsibilities of the Customer Operations Executive include: Keep daily operations running smoothly: task intake, workflow updates, approvals, documentation, and supplier coordination. Produce dashboards and reports using tools like HubSpot, GA4, and social platforms. Support KPI/OKR tracking and highlight trends or insights. Help run customer feedback and survey activities, turning insights into clear themes. Coordinate marketing and customer projects, tracking actions, milestones, and dependencies.
