Position Details

Function: Commercial

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Location: Bolton HQ – Hybrid

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Manager to build a career in FMCG with our renowned brand. This role involves working with major retailers, developing joint business plans, and driving sales initiatives across various teams including Category, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute plans with customers covering range, activation, NPD, promotions, and merchandising to meet business targets.
  2. Build and maintain effective relationships with key contacts across trade, marketing, and supply functions.
  3. Lead trade negotiations to influence range, promotions, and costs.
  4. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Contribute to the Business Planning process and improve forecast accuracy.
  6. Implement the Category Plan effectively at the point of purchase, working cross-functionally.
