iRecruit4 are seeking a proactive and customer focused Customer Advisor to join a busy sales team. This is a varied role, handling everything from processing sales orders to dealing with customer enquiries and after sales support. You will play a key role in maximising customer satisfaction and helping the business achieve its sales targets.

Key Duties for Customer Advisor: Receive and process customer orders via phone and online. Advise customers on products, applications, and pricing, negotiating within set parameters. Provide quotations and advice on delivery dates, installations, and after sales queries. Handle all after sales calls as a Customer Advisor to ensure service excellence and customer retention. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, raising credit notes, FOCs, and corrective actions as required.
