The Role

This is a crucial role in the company that is responsible for overseeing the ideation, planning & execution of our clients CRM strategy across e-mail and SMS. CRM is viewed, rightly, as a valuable channel to drive revenue and build long term relationships with their customers.

You will own this part of the business and have a huge opportunity to grow and become a key player in a rapidly growing brand.

• Email Strategy & Execution

• Retention & Lifecycle Growth- Team CollaborationWhat we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in email / lifecycle / retention marketing

• Proven experience running A/B tests and optimising email performance
• Comfortable owning revenue targets and reporting against them
• Highly analytical - confident working with data and dashboards
• Strong copywriting skills with a commercial mindset
• Organised, detail-oriented, and excited by continuous improvement
• Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription brands strongly preferred
