The Role

You'll take control of CRM, owning email marketing through Klaviyo-campaigns, flows, lifecycle the lot. This is a hands-on role where you'll be testing, tweaking and levelling up performance constantly. No sitting back-you'll be in it, making things happen. Working closely with creative and digital teams, you'll make sure every message hits right-on brand, on time, and built to convert.
