The Role

You'll take control of CRM, owning email marketing through Klaviyo-campaigns, flows, lifecycle… the lot.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be testing, tweaking and levelling up performance constantly. No sitting back-you'll be in it, making things happen.

Working closely with creative and digital teams, you'll make sure every message hits right-on brand, on time, and built to convert.

What You'll Be Doing

Own email marketing through Klaviyo-campaigns, automations and customer journeys Build slick, high-performing CRM campaigns that drive engagement and repeat spend Segment audiences properly-get the right message to the right people Test, learn and optimise (subject lines, timing, content-you name it) Track performance and turn data into actions that improve results Work closely with creative and digital teams to keep everything sharp and on brand
