Credit Controller Initial 6-Month Contract Office-Based | Burton-upon-Trent | £28,000 £29,000 Eaton Syalon is recruiting a Credit Controller to join a well-established, reputable business based in Burton-upon-Trent on an initial 6-month contract. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone with previous Credit Control experience who enjoys a varied, end-to-end position within a fast-paced and supportive team environment. Review customer credit profiles and maintain appropriate credit limits

Manage customer accounts to ensure payments are received in line with agreed terms, following up on overdue balances

Post and allocate cash receipts to the correct customer accounts

Record incoming queries promptly and work closely with internal teams to resolve them within agreed timeframes

Complete credit checks for both new and existing customers in line with internal policies and insurance requirements

Investigate and resolve any customer debit notes or discrepancies efficiently

Prepare regular reports highlighting overdue accounts for review
