What's the gig? You'll be the go-to person when teachers are away, leading classes using pre-set work and keeping students focused, engaged, and (mostly!) on their best behaviour. Think of yourself as the calm, capable captain steering the classroom ship for the day

What you'll be doing:

Delivering ready-made lesson plans (no late-night planning required!) Keeping classrooms running smoothly and students on track Managing behaviour with confidence and a sense of humour Supporting students and encouraging positive learning Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of the day Jumping into different schools and making a great impressionWhat we're looking for:
