We’re working with a range of welcoming secondary schools looking for reliable, adaptable Cover Supervisors to keep lessons running smoothly. No planning marathons, no late-night marking, just you, the classroom, and the chance to make a real difference in a student’s day.

What you’ll be doing:

Stepping into the classroom and delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
Keeping students focused, engaged, and on track
Managing behaviour with confidence (you’ve got this, and we’ll support you)
Being that steady, approachable adult students can rely on
Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of the day
Think of it as being the director of the classroom for the day, the script’s already written, you just bring it to life.

What the schools are looking for:

Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, tutoring, or similar)
Confidence leading a room and thinking on your feet
Strong communication skills and a calm, positive approach
A genuine interest in education
No teaching qualification? No problem. Many of our best Cover Supervisors started exactly where you are now.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
