Role Responsibilities: Supervising classes across a range of subjects during teacher absences

Ensuring pupils remain on task with the work set by teaching staff

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Providing feedback to teaching staff and recording any incidents

Requirements: Previous experience working with young people is desirable

A confident and professional manner

Strong communication and organisational skills

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
