As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning by supervising pre-prepared lessons during teacher absence. You will help maintain a positive and focused classroom environment, ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout the lesson.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment Delivering clear instructions to students and ensuring they stay on task Supporting students with lesson activities where appropriate Providing feedback to teaching staff regarding student engagement and behaviour
