The Role We are seeking an organised and confident Cover Supervisor to: Deliver pre-planned lessons when teachers are absent, maintaining a calm and positive learning environment

Support pupils with SEMH needs, using strategies to manage behaviour and encourage engagement

Work alongside teaching assistants and pastoral staff to ensure continuity of learning

Step into different subject areas as required, with full guidance provided

What We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people (ideally in SEN, SEMH, or behaviour support settings)

Strong classroom presence and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Flexibility to work across different age groups and subjects
