Teaching Personnel is seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor to work on a temporary basis at a well-regarded secondary school in the Blackburn area, starting September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with classroom experience or those looking to gain further experience in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment. Provide support to students in completing tasks and encourage participation. Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have strong behaviour management skills and confidence leading a class. Be flexible, adaptable, and able to respond calmly to challenges. Have prior experience working with young people (school or youth settings preferred). Be committed to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment. What We Offer:
