What You'll Be DoingAs a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and ensure learning continues smoothly. Your role will include: Managing classes of 10+ students aged 11-16 Delivering pre-planned work (no planning or marking required!) Keeping students engaged, focused, and on track Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment This is classroom management at its core - perfect for someone who enjoys leading groups and keeping energy high and behaviour positive. ?? Who We're Looking ForIf you have experience in any of the following within the last two years, we'd love to meet you: Working with groups of young people aged 11-16 Sports coaching Youth work or community leadership School-based support roles
