Corporate/Commercial Legal Counsel - Innovative Tech Company, London

We are working with an exciting and innovative Technology business seeking a Corporate/ Commercial   lawyer   to join their dynamic legal team. This is a high-impact role advising on general commercial matters, corporate governance, and M&A transactions as they arise. This position offers substantial exposure to senior leadership and the chance to help shape the legal framework of a dynamic, growth-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Legal advisor on M&A activity, supporting the senior executive team on both pre- and post-completion integration matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to partnership agreements, supplier and vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and customer terms and conditions. Advise on corporate documentation such as Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs). Identify and manage legal risk, offering strategic advice to ensure business operations remain compliant with applicable laws and regulatory standards.
