Corporate Tax Senior Manager £80,000 plus excellent benefits London / Hybrid Our client is a well-established Top practice based in London who are now looking to appoint an experienced and capable Senior Manager to join their corporate tax team. Reporting to the Tax Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large entity/group compliance cases and will prepare tax computations and tax returns for clients, as well as accounts disclosures and deferred tax calculations where necessary. The corporate tax team deals with corporation tax compliance for a variety of clients in a wide range of sectors. Compliance issues can range from those for large companies and groups such as corporate interest restriction rules, transfer pricing, CbC rules, SAO. As well as its compliance role the team works on a varied range of advisory projects for its corporate client base, covering matters such as reorganisations, demergers, disposals including SSE, transfer pricing, financing, cross border transactions etc. This role would suit someone with a minimum of 6 to 7 years' experience of corporate tax compliance and advisory (including groups), with an accountancy qualification CTA or ACA.
