This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and developing the Corporate International Tax team, working closely with a diverse client base across multiple industries. The Role As a Corporate International Tax Senior Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Corporate Tax, assisting in the successful running of the team. This is an office-based role with significant client interaction, requiring occasional travel between offices in London, Kent, and Sussex. You will work with a broad client portfolio, including entrepreneurial growth companies, large corporates, multinational groups, FSA-regulated businesses, and AIM-listed PLCs. Your focus will be ensuring tax compliance while also identifying strategic tax planning opportunities. Additionally, you will be involved in complex tax planning assignments, which in the last six months have included: Reorganisations and Demergers Loan Relationship Analyses EIS Scheme Reviews Due Diligence on Acquisitions Advising on Business Sales Key Responsibilities: Advise UK and international clients on tax-efficient structuring.
