The appointed solicitor will advise clients locally, nationally, and internationally across all aspects of corporate law, including share and asset sales/purchases, mergers, restructures, shareholder agreements, investments, secured lending, and more. Work on diverse transactions, including deals in the video games sector, ranging from small-scale to over £100 million in value. Applications are open to experienced Corporate Solicitors/Partners with a minimum of 5 years PQE or equivalent. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills and a proven ability to build and maintain a client following while generating new business opportunities.
