Work closely with both the Commercial Property and commercial litigation departments, ensuring a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload. Manage your own corporate workload, including negotiations, transactions and corporate governance. Collaborate with other teams to cross-refer work and provide seamless client support. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders. Deliver strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice. Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's corporate practice. Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in corporate law. Proven track record in delivering high quality transactional work. Strong technical ability and sound commercial awareness. Confident working collaboratively across teams while building client trust and delivering value. Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-established, independent law firm known for a client-focused approach and professional rigour. Lexcel-accredited, reflecting dedication to service quality and efficient management. Offers a growing commercial practice with a strong reputation for technical expertise and trusted relationships.
