Position Overview:

My client is seeking a 5PQE Corporate Solicitor with a background working at similar level firms in London. Candidates must have a wealth of experience working on a broad range of corporate matters, including private M&As, PE, and capital markets. The London Corporate Team consists of around 35 Solicitors including 12 Partners, and works on behalf of a range of clients in sectors such as tech, luxury brands, and leisure. They also work in collaboration with teams in other offices, working on cross border matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Partners on a range of M&A deals.
  • Manage some corporate matters under Partner supervision
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to Corporate matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support corporate strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas and offices to deliver comprehensive legal services.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the corporate sector.


Qualifications + Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to corporate matters.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
