Responsibilities

Work with senior colleagues on large M&A transactions across Yorkshire, London, UK and internationally. Run own transactions where appropriate. Support and mentor junior staff. Develop client relationships through networking and continued engagement.

Qualifications

At least 5 years PQE (minimum). Strong experience in M&A, private equity, buyouts, joint ventures and reorganisations. Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
