Profile

A solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE in corporate law Experienced in M&A and or private equity transactions Technically strong with excellent drafting skills Commercially aware with a client focused approach Able to manage workloads effectively in a fast paced environment Ties to Leeds

Job Offer
