Corporate Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) We’re looking for a talented Corporate Associate (5–8 years PQE ) to join our client's highly ranked and dynamic Corporate team in Manchester. You’ll be part of a collaborative, internationally minded firm that works with a diverse range of clients—from global multinationals to innovative start-ups—helping them turn ideas into reality and get the best from their people.
You’ll advise on a wide range of corporate matters including: M&A transactions (share and asset deals) Venture capital and private equity investments Joint ventures and corporate structuring General corporate advisory work Public markets and IPOs Commercial tax and partnerships You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development.
Requirements: 5–8 years’ PQE in corporate law Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Experience across a broad range of corporate transactions Commercial mindset and proactive approach Confidence in managing client relationships and leading on deals A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
