Corporate Senior Associate (5–8 PQE)

We’re looking for a talented Corporate Associate (5–8 years PQE) to join our client's highly ranked and dynamic Corporate team in Manchester. You’ll be part of a collaborative, internationally minded firm that works with a diverse range of clients—from global multinationals to innovative start-ups—helping them turn ideas into reality and get the best from their people.

You’ll advise on a wide range of corporate matters including:

• M&A transactions (share and asset deals)
• Venture capital and private equity investments
• Joint ventures and corporate structuring
• General corporate advisory work
• Public markets and IPOs
• Commercial tax and partnerships

You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience across a broad range of corporate transactions
• Commercial mindset and proactive approach
• Confidence in managing client relationships and leading on deals
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
