Your new role As the Receptionist, you will be a key point of contact for clients, financial advisers, colleagues, and visitors-both in person and over the telephone.Your main responsibility will be operating the central switchboard, promptly triaging and directing calls to the appropriate departments while maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will also manage in‑person visitor services, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and a well‑maintained reception area. In addition, you will provide general administrative support across the business. What you'll need to succeed

At least 1 year's experience in a switchboard or customer service role. GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths, or equivalent. Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism and calm. A reliable, punctual, and well‑presented approach.Desirable:

Experience using switchboard/telephony systems. Experience within financial services or other corporate environments.Attributes:
