We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based between 2 properties in London City. Responsible for the ground floor reception, you will be the first point of contact for all guests entering the building, conducting visitor check-in, administration, and lobby hosting.

You will be working across 2 buildings, one of which is one of our largest receptions. However, our contract extends across Victoria and London city, meaning you would be part of a team of approximately 43 Rapport Ambassadors.

Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 19 per week (Mondays 8:00am - 5:00pm, Thursdays 8:00am - 2:00pm, Fridays 8:00am - 2:00pm, subject to change as per the client's needs, on a shift rota basis)

Main responsibilities

• Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner in line with brand standards.
• Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
• Ensuring that all attendees are pre-registered and that bookings without names are reconfirmed on the day.
• Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
• Supporting different buildings, depending on the demand of the operation.

The ideal candidate will

• Have an excellent command of English, verbal and written

• Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do
• Preferably have previous experience in front-of-house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment
