Job Description

A leading global biotech company is seeking a UK-based corporate paralegal to support its legal team on a contract basis. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), fully remote role with an initial 12-month duration.


Location: Remote (London, UK)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Duration: 12 months (Starting mid-April 2026)


What You’ll Do:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) using established templates and playbooks
  • Work independently to manage day-to-day contracting workflows and respond to stakeholder queries
  • Support ongoing improvements and refinements to contracting playbooks
  • Manage and track contracts within the contract management system


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience (flexible depending on background)
  • Based in the UK
  • Experience handling high-volume contracting work with accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with international stakeholders
