Up to £60k plus overtime


A top US law firm with a strong international presence and a market leading Private Equity/Corporate team has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Private Equity team.


The team are currently very busy and therefore are looking for an experienced paralegal to join their team.


The successful corporate paralegal will work on some of the biggest corporate/PE deals in the UK/internationally.


This is a broad and varied role, which will include but not be limited to the following areas:

  • Due diligence
  • Creating, managing and supervising data rooms
  • Companies House
  • Assist attorneys in drafting and distributing deal documents and providing key assistance during the transaction closing process
  • Legal research
