Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor Bridgwater Based, Full-time file. Job Role

Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and other corporate transactions Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and other legal documents. Provide guidance on restructuring, financing and investment matters.

What we need

Qualified Solicitor. Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
