We’re looking for a Corporate and M&A Associate Partner to join our growing national tax practice. You’ll step into a key leadership role — shaping strategy, nurturing talent, and guiding clients through the most complex tax and transaction decisions.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work on advising on corporate reorganisations, shareholder exits, international structuring, and M&A transactions. Your day‑to‑day will balance client advisory, internal leadership, and mentoring — with space to shape how the team grows and operates.

Qualifications

With solid experience in corporate tax and significant exposure to deal‑led work, you’ll be technically strong, commercially switched‑on, and ready to take on a visible, influential role. CTA or ACA qualification preferred.
