Corporate & Commercial - Partner / Senior Associate - Bournemouth - 8+ Years PQE Location: Bournemouth Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid working) Salary: £80,000 to £120,000 (DOE) A leading regional firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Bournemouth office. This is a superb opportunity to take a senior role in a growing team within an employee-owned, values-led firm. The Role You’ll manage and develop a varied and high-value caseload, including:

M&A, restructures, and corporate governance Commercial contracts and advisory work Shareholder agreements and joint ventures Supporting business clients across diverse sectors Leading business development and client engagement Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team growth Contributing to strategic office development

Candidate Requirements

8+ years PQE in Corporate or Commercial law Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven track record of high-value transactional work Leadership experience and ability to develop others Proactive, solutions-focused approach Strong presence in the local or national market
