About the Role A family-run business with a proud history is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the team. This is a hands-on role where leadership, organisation, and energy are key. Youll be leading a team of 20+ warehouse operatives, ensuring smooth operations and keeping everything running like clockwork.
What Youll Be Doing Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives Managing absence, probation periods, and agency staff usage Working closely with the Operations Manager and senior management to improve performance Identifying training needs and supporting staff development Producing reports and ensuring processes are followed Driving improvements and best practice across the warehouse
