About the Role
A family-run business with a proud history is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the team. This is a hands-on role where leadership, organisation, and energy are key. Youll be leading a team of 20+ warehouse operatives, ensuring smooth operations and keeping everything running like clockwork.
What Youll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
- Managing absence, probation periods, and agency staff usage
- Working closely with the Operations Manager and senior management to improve performance
- Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
- Producing reports and ensuring processes are followed
- Driving improvements and best practice across the warehouse

- Strong background in warehouse operations with experience across multiple roles
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a large team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
