Must have’s

* Strong interest in property law and conveyancing

* Previous experience in conveyancing or a legal environment
So, what will you be doing?
* Handling incoming calls and responding to client queries
* Supporting the progression of conveyancing transactions
* Preparing and verifying client care documentation
* Carrying out ID and source of funds checks
* Assisting with title checks under supervision
* Drafting and issuing contract packs
* Managing pre-contract enquiries on sale files
* Preparing pre-completion documents, including invoices and statements
* Updating the case management system accurately
* Supporting fee earners and wider team with administrative tasks
* Building relationships with third-party stakeholders through excellent service
