Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering retrofit or energy efficiency projects? We are looking for a driven professional to take ownership of major decarbonisation and sustainability projects in the Oxford region.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver retrofit and decarbonisation contracts from start to finish Oversee insulation, low-carbon heating systems, window/door replacements, and ventilation projects Ensure project compliance with health and safety legislation, PAS2030/2035, ECO, and other regulations Prepare programmes of work and manage delivery to time and budget Lead and support site teams, subcontractors, and engineers Build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders Monitor project quality, compliance, and site performance through regular inspections Work closely with commercial teams to manage budgets and ensure profitability
You’ll bring:
