About the Role

As part of our continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, we are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of complex joinery and interior fit-out contracts. You'll take full ownership of projects following the initial negotiation phase, playing a supporting role in final contract discussions where required and driving execution through to on-site installation.

This is a key delivery-focused role, offering the chance to work across multiple high-profile projects and shape outcomes through your attention to detail and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the delivery of multiple bespoke joinery and fit-out contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to exacting specifications

2. Support contract negotiation processes as required, working closely with commercial and project leads
