Prime Workforce is currently recruiting experienced Scaffold Contracts Managers for a full-time, permanent position with our client based in Cumbernauld .
We are looking for dynamic, client-facing professionals with a proven track record in managing multiple scaffolding teams across a wide range of projects and contracts throughout Scotland. The ideal candidate will thrive in both site-based and office-based environments, demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will take responsibility for overseeing the coordination and performance of scaffold squads, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As Contracts Manager , you will also provide leadership and support to Scaffold Project Managers, ensuring all contracts are progressing smoothly, meeting key deadlines, staying within budget, and achieving project targets.
Job Purpose As a Scaffolding Contract Manager, you will manage a team of Project Managers, delivering multiple scaffolding projects across Scotland.
