Midlands based the company are in an ideal position to commute to and from for local projects.\n\nDuties:\n•\tMonitoring progression on site, and day to day operations on projects\n•\tContinually manage performance against contracts programme\n•\tMaintain strong relationship with clients \n•\tProduce monthly updates to the Operations Director on project performance\n•\tArrange resources for project delivery\n\nRequirements:\n•\tSMSTS\n•\tAbility to commute as and when required\n•\tExperience working in residential groundworks as a Contracts Manager\n•\tExcellent interpersonal skills\n\nRemuneration:\n•\t£70,000 to £110,000 p.a\n•\tCar allowance / Company car\n•\tPaid Holiday\n•\tPension Scheme
