This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to join a high-performing team and take ownership of a dynamic and varied role.   Role Details:   Location: City of London Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £37,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-Time | Office-Based Minimum 1 years’ experience within a demanding Service & Maintenance environment Ideally within Financial Contract Support
Confident user of CAFM systems and understanding of PPM/reactive processes
Coordinate and manage PPM and reactive works to meet contractual and company SLAs
Oversight of P&L performance on large commercial contracts
Provide hands-on support to the Contract Manager across all works and contract-related tasks
Conduct detailed audits to ensure compliance and enable smooth invoicing processes
WIP and Budget Reports
Track all reactive and additional works to ensure completion within agreed timeframes
Responsible for raising quotes based on Contract Manager costing sheets
Serve as the main point of contact for all PPM-related coordination, tracking monthly hours and ensuring timely closure
Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work
Adaptable, well-organised, and capable of multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
Produce clear and detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
Support invoicing processes to ensure transparency and timely billing
Willingness to work overtime when required
Key Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems
Excellent attention to detail and due diligence
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and invoicing
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working within Facilities Management
Ability to manage engineers and subcontractor relationships effectively
