Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Contract Supervisor to join our client’s expanding team. Based on a high-end static commercial site in Holborn, you’ll oversee a small team of two engineers and ensure the smooth and compliant running of all building services operations. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, this role offers an excellent next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team

* Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices

* Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence

* Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards

Requirements

* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Mechanical Engineering

* 3–5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Right to work in the UK
