Job Summary
Were looking for a proactive and experienced Contract Supervisor to join our clients expanding team. Based on a high-end static commercial site in Holborn, youll oversee a small team of two engineers and ensure the smooth and compliant running of all building services operations. If youre a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, this role offers an excellent next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team
Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices
Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence
Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Mechanical Engineering
35 years experience in a similar supervisory role
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
