Join Our Client Global as a Content & Engagement Manager and become a vital part of our UK business unit, working on a portfolio of B2B event expos. This is a key management-level role where you will not only lead content strategy for assigned shows but also drive best practices, mentor peers, and influence content excellence across the entire Our Client UK portfolio. Responsibilities
Creating and distributing marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels (website, email, PPC, social media, and blog). Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects. Playing a key part in visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaign planning and delivery. Creating and managing event and onsite social media plans, including liaising with photographers and videographers. Coaching, mentoring, and upskilling peers and junior team members to elevate content creation capabilities across the business. Supporting the Content Team Manager and Brand Activation Team Manager with special projects, pilots, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. Setting and tracking content KPIs, building testing roadmaps, and sharing performance insights and learnings across the show portfolio to drive continuous improvement. Owning and evolving cross-business playbooks, templates, and best practice documentation for content and social media. Optimizing website content for user journey and SEO optimization. Translating the brand into the live onsite experience for our customers, influencing activation and experience at a portfolio level and working with event teams to support onsite delivery.
Requirements
Be able to write and edit compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and tone. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must. Build close working relationships with other teams (both internally and externally) in a matrix structure. Demonstrate strong cross-portfolio influence and collaboration across Our Client UK and adjacent teams. Be able to analyze data and use insights to improve content performance. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Be able to manage multiple projects/deadlines/peers and prioritize tasks in a rapidly moving environment. Incorporate industry trends into content strategy by staying up to date. Have experience with social media platforms and creating content for them.
