Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for infrastructure and capital investment? We’re hiring a Senior Manager/ Consulting Lead to join a dynamic advisory team supporting a major European airport through its next regulatory investment cycle.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead programme mobilisation, shape investment strategy, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advising on capital investment prioritisation and mobilisation of core programmes.
  • Defining programme strategy and delivery structure alongside senior responsible owners.
  • Capturing operational needs and ambitions to inform programme design.
  • Creating clear, visually engaging narratives for senior audiences, including the C-suite.
  • Leading stakeholder engagement to secure buy-in and sponsorship.

What We’re Looking For

  • End-to-end programme leadership experience (design, mobilisation, delivery).
  • MSP Practitioner certification.
  • Strategic advisory experience with senior sponsors.
  • Background in infrastructure and/or technology programmes.
  • Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
  • Aviation experience is a plus, but not essential.
