Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for infrastructure and capital investment? We’re hiring a Senior Manager/ Consulting Lead to join a dynamic advisory team supporting a major European airport through its next regulatory investment cycle. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead programme mobilisation, shape investment strategy, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful change. What You’ll Be Doing Advising on capital investment prioritisation and mobilisation of core programmes. Defining programme strategy and delivery structure alongside senior responsible owners. Capturing operational needs and ambitions to inform programme design. Creating clear, visually engaging narratives for senior audiences, including the C-suite. Leading stakeholder engagement to secure buy-in and sponsorship. What We’re Looking For End-to-end programme leadership experience (design, mobilisation, delivery). MSP Practitioner certification. Strategic advisory experience with senior sponsors. Background in infrastructure and/or technology programmes. Strong visual storytelling and communication skills. Aviation experience is a plus, but not essential. You’ll Thrive If You Are
