YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Capgemini’s technical architects and consulting teams to help clients scope their future business models, build compelling cases for change, design and implement digital transformations, and drive successful roll‑outs and adoption.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth through activities in the following categories:
Business Development – Leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
Able to collect and evaluate new demand requests, validating their strategic alignment, expected benefits, scope, and timing.
Able to conduct Business Analyst activities during early‑stage project definition, including requirements gathering and initial scoping.
Able to interface with client stakeholders across a broad level (junior through senior) to elicit, document and validate business requirements.
Able to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Able to manage and lead small project teams and interface with third‑party vendors to deliver discrete changes into production with good outcomes for the client.
Able to architect a delivery solution using either Waterfall or Agile for specific features or supporting the delivery of one or more epics.
Able to leverage strong delivery expertise and translate this into opportunities to sell future Capgemini Invent work.
Able to create effective business models and diagrams that represent the organisation, processes, relationships, information and interactions.
Able to identify and analyse the functionality that systems deliver or need to deliver, create system and data models and documentation with minimal supervision.
Able to identify business scenarios and develop acceptance criteria to ensure requirements can be traced to develop functionality.
Able to apply basic techniques to analyse, validate and prioritise user experience needs, and present findings in an accessible and easy to understand way.
LOCATION & WORKING CONDITIONS
Office base locations include London, Manchester and Glasgow. You must be fully flexible regarding assignment location, as roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
