The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day activities of the construction management team, consultants, subcontractors and various stakeholders ensuring smooth execution and project success.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and coordinate on-site construction activities. Ensure adherence to project specifications, planning conditions, contract obligations, and tolerances. Manage subcontractors and package managers to achieve programme milestones. Proactively identify risks, hazards, and blockers; develop and enforce recovery plans.
