Key responsibilities of an Concession Manager:

• Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
• Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
• Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
• Build relationships within the store

What we are looking for:

• Experience as Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused luxury retail environment.
• A passionate and inspiring individual
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
• Experience in clientelling or strong understanding of CRM
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
