We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the South Manchester region, who are recruiting for a Compliance Officer on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with a hybrid working pattern on offer. The salary on offer for the role is £37,790.90 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have experience within property compliance and have a keen eye for detail. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Overseeing cyclical inspection programmes, maintaining records related to completed and outstanding works Monitoring and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for a social housing providers stock, focused on the ‘Big 6’ Maintaining accurate and up to date registers and asset records, ensuring key dates are highlighted to inform works Monitoring data reports to identify when key works are due Arranging and overseeing surveys and inspections Ensuring contractors are meeting pre-agreed SLAs Supporting the HS Manager and Compliance manager with non-compliance issues as required
