Compliance Analyst


We are partnering with a highly regarded investment manager to hire a Junior Compliance

The Role

Working closely with senior members of the compliance function, you will gain broad exposure across regulatory compliance, monitoring, and advisory activities. This is a hands-on role offering strong learning and development opportunities within a smaller team structure.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the compliance monitoring programme
  • Assisting with regulatory reporting and filings
  • Conducting research on regulatory developments
  • Helping maintain policies and procedures
  • Providing day-to-day compliance support to the business
  • Assisting with internal audits and reviews


About You

We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset and a genuine can-do attitude who is eager to learn and grow within compliance.


You may come from a variety of backgrounds, including:

  • A junior paralegal looking to transition into compliance
  • A graduate programme completer from a bank seeking a more dynamic, smaller team environment
  • A legal graduate with internship experience in asset management or banking


Key requirements:

  • Strong academic background (essential)
  • A law degree or legal training (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in financial services and regulation
